Achievers Coaching specialises in Survivor Coaching to help Survivors of Life Changing Events move on and get their lives on track

Led by Annie Winfield who has been a Nurse working in the NHS for more than 30 years and for the last 13 years was a Specialist Practitioner Childrens' Community Nurse.

"Helping very sick children and their parents, families and friends survive has forged my skills. Making a physical recovery is only part of the survival. Helping the parents, relatives and friends of children who are dying or who are and will remain very ill or disabled has brought me into contact with the widest possible range of people. Sickness and disability have no regard whatsoever for wealth, position, religion, gender, race, colour or creed.

I have been trained and qualified with "The Coaching Academy". I am also  trained in the disciplines of clinical supervision, professional mentoring and bereavement counselling.

My coaching adopts the same professional standards of conduct and ethics  that I have applied over my long professional career within the NHS.

In my nursing career I have been a Sister in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit of Guys in London and have worked as a ward sister in high dependency wards in major teaching hospitals including UCH, Guys and Great Ormond Street Hospitals.

My commitment to the ongoing recovery - both mental and physical - of children and young people who have had cancer has prompted me to be a Volunteer with the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust since 2004
