Bullyiing can take many forms - for example in the workplace, at home, amongst friends and aquaintances, by text, on the internet or face to face.

If someone elses behaviour is causing you to feel upset, threatened, humilated or vulnerable, or their bahvaiour is undermining your self-confidence and is causing you stress you are probably being bullied.

Bullying can lead to anxiety, low self esteem, hopelessness, isolation, stress and depression.

The effects of bullying can have repercussions for years if they are not dealt with.

Although I can't change the behaviour of whoever is bullying or has bullied you, I can help you to change the way you respond.

Through coaching you will learn coping strategies to deal with the bully and how to change the negative effect bullying has had on your life.
